Designs & Prices

All prices are inclusive of the prevailing GST.
Cake designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal fruits/decorative accessories.
Customised Design Cake orders (Designs not available in our catalogue or any changes to standard cake designs) will be charged an extra charge of $3.00/kg and subject to acceptance by Bengawan Solo. Changes include request of change to the colours of the cake/decoration and any changes from the standard design.
Any request for changes to standard cake designs are subject to acceptance by Bengawan Solo.
For other similar designs to those shown in this catalogue or cake types, please enquire in-store for more information.
A $5.00/kg surcharge is chargeable for additional Fresh Fruit decorations on the side or top of the cake.
For a cake order of 8.0 kilograms or more, $3.00/kg surcharge is applicable for the customization of the required cake board and box.
Props used in our product pictures are not included.
Additional accessories are available with purchase of our cakes:
(i) Wedding Couple set :- $18/set , (ii) Train Set :- $5/set & (iii) Longevity peach :- $3.50/set

Orders

Please order at least 2 working days in advance (Not including day of order, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) before the desired collection/delivery date, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full upon ordering for all Phone, Email and Home Delivery orders. Only Visa, MasterCard or American Express will be accepted.
30% Deposit is required for confirmation of orders taken and to be collected at our outlets, failing which the order will not be processed. Full payment at point of order is required for all orders to be delivered. We regret that overseas orders will be accepted only if payment is processed via a Signapore-issued credit card.

Delivery

Delivery to one location is complimentary for orders $120.00 nett and above, but will not be available during festive periods. *[Festive Periods refer to 3 days leading to Mother’s Day & Mother’s Day, 3 days leading to Christmas Day & Christmas Day, 1 week prior to Lunar New Year, etc. ]
Promotions, Discount coupons and Privilege cards are not valid with complimentary home delivery unless otherwise stated.

Delivery service is available daily unless otherwise stated. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but Bengawan Solo will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing as follows:

A : 9am - 12pm		All cakes are made with Fresh Cream and can be left in a cool place up to 2 hours.
B : 1pm - 3pm
C : 3pm - 6pm
D : 6pm – 8pm

Please note that delivery charges are for delivery to a single destination and a $10.00 delivery charge is applicable for orders below $120.00 nett.
Special delivery arrangements such as specific time delivery requests (1 hour allowance, e.g. Between 3p.m. to 4p.m.) are available at an additional charge of $10. This is subject to availability of time slots.
All deliveries can only be made in Singapore. Please note that overseas orders can only be delivered to Singapore addresses.
All deliveries are to local addresses except to Jurong Island.
Delivery to Sentosa is at an additional charge of $10. Delivery can only be made to Hotels or Resorts.
Bengawan Solo reserves the right to accept or reject any orders, including requests for specific time deliveries.
In the event that there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the order, the order will be sent to the nearest Bengawan Solo Outlet for self-collection by the recipient.
Cakes delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery/collection.
While Bengawan Solo endeavors to fulfill all deliveries, Bengawan Solo shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
Bengawan Solo reserves the right to change the delivery time slot.

Amendments & Cancellations

48 hours advance notice is required for any changes or amendments to orders.
A cancellation surcharge of 50% of the order price will apply if the order is cancelled less than 48 hours before collection/delivery date.
All deposits are non-refundable.
