All emails received outside office hrs, on PHs & weekends will be replied on the next working day within 12 working hours. Emails with blank subject headings or offensive contents will be deleted.
For time sensitive matters, please call in directly to verify with us. Ordering of cakes can also be place at our retail stores in person or through phone (please see outlet details for full list of contacts and opening hours)
Please do not send in any amendments to orders by email. If you would like to change your order, do contact the respective store which you’ve confirm your order with by phone or in person. At least 3 days notice must be given for any changes to orders.
